06:30 – wake up
07:00 – go to work
12:00 – lunch break
16:30 – go home
16:45 – gym/research
19:00 – free/house duties
22:00 – bed time

things 2 do:
– quit smoking
– bike mending
– paper for “managing quality” seminar
– to be continued
