works on maverick but not on natty? sound familiar? ubuntu screwed something up, but the solution is quite simple:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pmcenery/ppa
sudo aptitude update && sudo aptitude install gvfs ipheth-dkms ipheth-utils
